- Establish and maintain comprehensive Enterprise Architecture artefacts—including Business, Data, Application, and Technology Architecture—ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy across the organisation.
- Manage business demand by collaborating with various departments to identify requirements, prioritise portfolios of IT initiatives, and implement effective solutions within a matrix structure.
- Work closely with Digital & Technology teams to oversee demand management processes, ensuring all projects align with group-wide IT objectives and deliver maximum value.
- Continuously research, prototype, pilot, and educate both business and IT users on emerging technologies to build digital capabilities throughout Southeast Asia operations.
- Develop detailed IT strategic plans and transformation roadmaps that drive the digital agenda in accordance with organisational goals.
- Recommend, establish, and control budgets for all relevant areas; collaborate with Finance to define expense guidelines; monitor actual versus budgeted spending for all IT projects.
- Oversee financial management of IT programmes by tracking capital expenditures and operating expenses in line with strategic plans.
- Implement standardised project management frameworks and methodologies based on best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Advise on the implementation of all IT programmes across Southeast Asia operations while setting consistent reporting standards throughout the organisation.
- Mentor, coach, evaluate, and develop members of the Architecture & Projects team by providing timely feedback and supporting their career progression.

- Exposure to emerging technologies like Industry 4.0 concepts, applications, blockchain solutions, big data analytics or artificial intelligence/machine learning is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen coupled with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes supports effective decision-making.
