Senior Account Executive

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements
• Conduct detailed financial and account analysis to support management decision-making
• Monitor budgeting processes, cash flow planning, and cost control
• Complete company consolidated account
• Ensure all accounting processes are in line with company policies and statutory requirements
• Use SQL Accounting Software for day-to-day operations and reporting
• Prepare necessary documentation for external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems
• Assist in developing and improving internal accounting procedures and workflows
