A leading digital marketing company is on the lookout for Digital Account Executive specializing in SEO, SEM & WED STRATEGY (Mandarin speaker)

Core Responsibilities :

• Work with the SEO team to develop google marketing projects (SEO, SEM & Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
• Oversee and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client briefs and budgets.
• Present project ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
• Identify new business opportunities, upsell services, and contribute to client portfolio growth.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with contract terms.
• Provide support to the SEO Manager on all tasks and requests, including but not limited to campaign coordination, reporting, internal follow-ups, and any ad-hoc assignments to ensure smooth execution of SEO strategies.

Who would be a great fit :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 – 3 years of experience in SEO , SEM or Web development campaign management.
• Have basic SEO knowledge, understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format
• Proven experience in client servicing, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Good to have a Marketing/Advertising Agency background.
• Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skills. ● Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory . Other dialects are an added advantage.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console will be added advantage
