A well-established property development arm of a diversified Malaysian conglomerate is currently seeking a Sales Manager to support its expanding portfolio of township and mixed-use developments.

• Lead and drive the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Oversee the planning and execution of property launches, previews, marketing events, and roadshows.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project, legal, credit, and finance to streamline sales operations.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive buyer database; prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property sales or a similar industry.
• In-depth understanding of property sales processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
