- Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs, and phone calls;
- Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills;
- Following up and complete daily tasks according to schedule plan;
- Cooperating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues;
- Handling cold-calls and do follow-ups for the potential customers
- Competent in MS Office applications;
