Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company
- Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher
- English: Intermediate level or above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (high school graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience may also apply)
- Experience working at a Japanese company, studied or lived in Japan, and valid driver's license.

Our client is a leading retail Japanese furniture and home furnishing manufacturer and distributor offering products from furniture and bedding, and home decor is seeking a Retail Real Estate Development Executive to handle its new store opening outlets and organizational growth.
- Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations.
- Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis.
- Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations.
- Support existing stores: SNS promotion and coordination with other departments.
