• Starling Mall, Uptown Petaling Jaya (Near to TTDI MRT & Kelana Jaya LRT with Shuttle Bus service)
• The Mines Shopping Mall (Near to Serdang KTM)
• IOI Mall Puchong (Near to LRT Puchong Jaya)
• Aeon Cheras Selatan
• Bandar Mahkota Cheras

• Minimum education: SPM and above
• Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• - Skills required:
• - Communication, Sales, Customer Service, Point of Sale (POS) System, Product Knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Retail or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry (Non-experience candidates are also welcomed to apply)
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and account management
• Demonstrating and promoting MAXIS and Gentel's products and services to drive sales
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
• Processing customer transactions and payments accurately and efficiently
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
