Proven hands-on experience in running paid ads on Google, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube
- Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
- Creative thinking, with a good sense of audience targeting and ad messaging
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership of campaigns
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs such as CPC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Collaborate with the design team to develop ad creatives and content ideas
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI
- Analyze performance data and prepare insightful campaign reports
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital marketing platforms
- 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM)
