Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, ensuring a positive and welcoming dining experience.
  • Accurately take customer orders, paying close attention to dietary restrictions and special requests.
  • Efficiently handle food and beverage preparation according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for accurate order entry and payment processing, including cash and card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and colleagues.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients.
  • Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels for service areas, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and customer service.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about dishes and beverages.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow, assist colleagues during busy periods, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory for service areas, restock supplies as needed, and report any shortages or issues to management.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, customer service, and operational standards.
