• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Works well with others in the team
• Willing to learn about new products and how to engage with customers
• Passion for retail is a bonus
• Able to commute to the store

The general responsibility of the role includes:

• Quality check of the stocks when they arrive to ensure that all items meet the required specifications and are free from damage or defects.
• Ensure all the respective displays are properly stocked and organized. This includes ensuring the proper signage, right price and promotions are on display.
• Checking of products on display to ensure the integrity and freshness of the products are maintained.
• Monitoring and managing of the stock inventory.
• Ensuring the store and stock room remains clean, organized and in compliance to the safety regulations.
• Handling customer queries, engaging with product information and assisting in various task.
• Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Supporting e-commerce purchases by packing based on the orders.
