About the Role

What You’ll Do- Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries
- Support retail sales of fragrances, skincare, and wellness products
- Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure store and spa environment is well-presented at all times
- Support daily operations including stock handling and basic admin tasks
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized customer experience
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality
- Interest in skincare, wellness, and luxury retail
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior retail or spa experience is a plus (not mandatory)
