  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations management (luxury hospitality, private clubs, premium fitness/wellness centers, or similar environments).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Solid understanding of customer service excellence in a premium/luxury setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic operations management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Operations & Member Experience
  • Oversee daily club operations for the lounges, wellness areas, and F&B outlets.
  • Maintain premium service standards for all member interactions.
  • Respond promptly to member feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Support member engagement events and onboarding activities in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and supervise
  • operations staff (range officers, front-of-house, concierge, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational areas.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
Facilities & Safety Management
  • Ensure the all club facilities are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards.
  • Oversee health, safety, and compliance procedures, including firearms safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and inventory for supplies and F&B.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
  • Support procurement decisions and vendor negotiations.
Event & Activity Coordination
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute member events, workshops, and corporate functions.
  • Ensure events align with club branding and provide value to members.
