Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service and product quality.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure minimal waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflows.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll to ensure optimal staff coverage and cost-efficiency.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and resolving issues promptly.
• Actively seek and respond to customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for all patrons.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor restaurant budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and quality supplies.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the restaurant.
