Marketing Executive

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
- Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Contribute to brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Help prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of marketing principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Be a proactive team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, suitable for an entry-level role.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product/service improvement and market penetration.
- Support the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and successful campaign execution.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, promotions, and advertising campaigns, from concept to completion, tracking results and ROI.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and other relevant records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information for reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to brand management initiatives by ensuring all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and reinforce the company's brand identity.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Support the Marketing Manager in administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to workload.
