?️ What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first responder for on-site and remote technical issues
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software glitches efficiently
• Conduct on-site surveys and deliver practical, effective solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to tackle bugs and optimize system performance

• Install and configure RFID and IoT hardware at client sites
• Perform testing, debugging, and system commissioning
• Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver hands-on user training
• Provide post-deployment support to ensure seamless system operation

• Act as a trusted technical liaison to clients and end users
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide insights
• Conduct training sessions to empower users with system knowledge

• Create and maintain technical documentation (installation guides, troubleshooting manuals, etc.)
• Prepare performance reports and support logs for internal teams and clients.
• Recommend improvements to tools, hardware processes, and deployment strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics, IT, or related fields.
• Passion for exploring and mastering new technologies in IT and software development.
• Strong technical foundation in software programming concepts, database understanding, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with clients.
• Sharp analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities in IT systems and applications.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions quickly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills to structure and organize technical information.
