- Proven track record in hunter roles.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close new accounts.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
- High commercial awareness (margin-driven selling).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Identify and acquire new customers. Build and manage a strong qualified sales pipeline.
- Drive proactive prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, partner referrals, and industry networking.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, commercial proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams for solution design.
- Ensure consistent monthly pipeline coverage and provide weekly forecast updates.
- Present business cases and ROI justification to customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends. Provide feedback to management on product gaps, pricing competitiveness, and market demand.
