- Understand basic trends (reels, hashtags, viral content)
- Basic Tools (Huge Advantage)
- Canva (very common)
- Microsoft Office / Google Docs
- Bonus if you know:
- CapCut / video editing
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- Social Media Management
- Create and schedule posts (Instagram,Xiao Hong Shu etc.)
- Write captions and basic copy
- Track engagement (likes, shares, reach)
- Content Creation
- Design simple visuals (Canva, etc.)
- Assist in video content (short-form reels, xhs)
- Planning in New Product Shooting & Launching
- Market Research
- Research competitors and trends
- Collect data on target audiences
- Analyze what strategies are working in the market
