- Degree in Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2–4 years’ experience in CNC machining & product engineering.
- Familiar with DFM, PFMEA, BOM, and process validation.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Skills required: New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Process Development.
- Coordinate new product launch activities from parts design to production.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications for manufactur ability.
- Production, and QA to ensure smooth transition.
- Troubleshoot issues during pilot production and implement improvements.
