Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Design and produce digital and print materials including company profiles, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and web banners.
- Create posters for job vacancies, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Design or create staff ID tags for employees and operations team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos for promotional use.
- Create infographics and visual content tailored for social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to run paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Assist in designing and maintaining company websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure responsive design and consistent user experience across devices and browsers.
- Update visual content and support SEO and UX best practices.
- Proficient in WordPress, including website server management, domain administration, and email configuration.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to produce high-quality visuals.
- Provide technical support for marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing systems and content management systems (CMS).
- Support senior management with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
