Summary:
Main duty is to handle project coordination and manage all activities associated with the project, to include defining the details and order of priority of project tasks, time frames and resource needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project activities- Assist sales & business development team for site survey.
- Prepare project schedule, shop drawing, method of statement, worker name list, sample board and other related documents before start works.
- Attend site meeting and site walk.
- Prepare site progress report and progress claim.
- Monitor and supervise contractor installation works.
- Prepare inspection form and perform inspection with clerk of work for installation works.
- Constantly provide on the project status to superior as well as respective departments.
- Always keep track on project schedule to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors, others related contractors, client, architect and consultant.
- Liaise and coordinate with system engineer as well as technical team in setting up system before installation process.
- To ensure entire system is complete and in working order prior to installation.
- Preparing necessary documents for handover process i.e.: T&C checklist, training list, certificate handover form, as built drawing and operation maintenance manual.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Liaise and coordinate with maintenance team after handover process with client

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing ELV Systems and/or electrical turnkey project in related field.
- A resourceful individual with good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel.
