  1. Task & Workflow Coordination
  • Track, organize, and monitor ongoing tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Maintain clear visibility of priorities across multiple projects/workstreams
  • Convert discussions, messages, and instructions into structured task lists and action items
  1. Scheduling & Communication
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, reminders, and key deliverables
  • Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Ensure timely updates and alignment across stakeholders
  1. Reporting & Tracking
  • Prepare status updates, progress trackers, and summary reports
  • Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely closure
  • Highlight risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively
  1. Operations & Administrative Support
  • Support documentation, record keeping, and operational coordination
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accessible documentation
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in operational processes
  1. Process Improvement & Oversight
  • Identify inefficiencies, missing information, or inconsistencies
  • Recommend improvements to workflow, tracking, and execution processes
  • Ensure important tasks are not missed, delayed, or overlooked
  • Based in or willing to relocate/work in Johor Bahru
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to close tasks effectively
  • Good judgment in prioritizing urgent vs non-urgent matters
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), task trackers, and communication tools
