Internship Creative Design & Marketing Intern - Fashion–Jewellery Company - June Intake

Are you passionate about branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling? GUNG Jewellery is looking for a Creative Design & Marketing Intern who’s strong in design, loves crafting visuals, and wants hands-on exposure to real brand campaigns, pop-ups, and digital marketing.

If you're the type who notices typography in cafés, colour palettes on Instagram, and loves turning ideas into visuals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design graphics, visuals, layouts, and motion elements for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop campaign key visuals, moodboards, and aesthetic directions for new launches.
• Create branded materials for events, collaborations, pop-ups, and promotions.
• Produce layouts for lookbooks, product cards, and marketing collaterals.
• Ensure branding consistency across all creatives.

• Plan and shoot casual content (Reels, BTS, styling videos) that showcase jewellery with emotion and flair.
• Edit short-form videos that highlight storytelling, craftsmanship, and styling.
• Support photo/video shooting days; refine visuals for product showcases.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand collaborations.
• Support on pop-ups, events, and on-ground activations (visual displays, styling, set-up).
• Research trending content ideas, visual styles, and social media aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts that boost brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong design sense and understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Solid grasp of design principles, typography, and basic marketing concepts.
• Social media–savvy (IG/TikTok trends)
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, video editing software, and other relevant multimedia design tools.
• A Portfolio showcasing Graphic design-related artwork is highly recommended.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and visual content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Must be based in Selangor and available to work onsite during business hours.
• Weekend Availability: Must be open to working on weekends for pop-ups or photoshoots when required (compensated through OT payment or replacement leave).

• Monthly intern allowance of RM1,000 per month.
