Internship For HR

The intern will assist with various administrative tasks, including supporting recruitment, training coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and office administration. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and administration within a professional setting.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of materials and coordination of orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining training records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events,
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Provide general office support, including managing supplies and equipment.
