• Language required: English and Mandarin.
• Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
• Able to travel frequently to event locations.
• Possessed written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with tight datelines.
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Serve as liaison and contact person for coordinating details of events with clients, outside vendors, meeting planners, and others involved in events.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients.
• Cooperate with designer, production team and venue management.
• Confirm and communicate room layouts and set-up requirements for events.
• Assist in event set-up and takedown with all related logistics.
• Perform final checks before and on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards.
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
• Evaluate event’s success and submit post event report.
• Assist with all creative decisions that are event related.
• Any ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager.
