JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client's business and hiring need.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates based on client's requirements.
• Provide excellent service to clients and candidates.
• Negotiating job offers and managing the hiring process until successful placement.
• Cold calling, develop new businesses and secure repeated assignments from existing clients.
• Achieving weekly KPI and monthly hiring target.
• Bachelor Degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience and preferable 360 consultant exposure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa, English and Mandarin or other local dialect.
• Detail and people oriented.
• Enjoying talking and meeting people.
• Can do attitude, cheerful and optimistic with self-motivation.
• Willing to learn and adapt to market/ environmental changes.
