  • We are looking for a creative and results-driven Part-Time Social Marketing Executiveto manage our social media presence and generate leads. This is ahighly flexible, remote rolerequiring only4 hours per week. You will be compensated primarily through commission on sales or qualified leads generated from your social media efforts.
  • This role is ideal for students, stay-at-home parents, or freelancers seeking a low-time-commitment side opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
  • Content & Community Management (2 hours/week)
  • Schedule and post 5–10 engaging pieces of content per week across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build community engagement.
  • Repurpose existing brand assets (photos, videos, blogs) into social-friendly posts.
  • Lead Generation & Marketing (1.5 hours/week)
  • Implement organic strategies (hashtags, stories, shares) to drive traffic to product/sales pages.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers in relevant online groups or forums.
  • Track clicks, conversions, and engagement using built-in platform analytics.
  • Reporting & Optimization (0.5 hours/week)
  • Submit a brief weekly report (15–30 minutes) highlighting:
  • Number of posts
  • Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments)
  • Leads generated
  • Commission earned
  • No paid ads management required unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • Weekly Commitment: 4 hours total (you choose which days/times).
  • Location: 100% remote – work from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Communication: Asynchronous via email, Slack, or WhatsApp. No mandatory live meetings.
