Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to help grow our brand and support the company’s overall marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, producing engaging content, and assisting in branding activities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze market trends to guide strategic decisions. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the operation team to increase brand visibility, attract customers, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
Job Scope:
- Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Create and schedule content, including posts, graphics, and short videos.
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain strong customer engagement.
- Content Creation
- Produce marketing materials such as posters, captions, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Create simple designs using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- Branding & Promotion
- Support brand-building activities, events and collaborations.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance and social media insights.
- Prepare simple reports to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Assist in preparing promotional packages, product launches, and monthly offers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Proficient in creating visual content for social media using Canva or equivalent design tools would be a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Sheets, messaging platforms, social media).
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude.
