Available Department for Intern:

• Operation Department
• Finance and Account Department
• Admin Department

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (data entry, document management , filing system)
• Help manage petty cash, claims documents, AP payment, AR Report and etc.
• Support admin duties such as document organization and office coordination
• Assist with reporting and other ad-hoc tasks from the finance/admin team
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Prepare meeting rooms for events, including setting up AV equipment
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Update databases and spreadsheets with new employee information, customer data, etc.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any related fields
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good in communication skills Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin(Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Willing to learn, proactive, and driven to improve.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and responsible.
• Internship duration: more than 5 months.
