Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting operations, administrative support, and inventory management.
Requirements- Currently pursuing at least a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and basic in English.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work 5 days per week.
- Assist in data entry and processing of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and generate sales orders.
- Support the submission and management of e-Invoices in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in stock taking and inventory monitoring activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Perform general administrative and accounting support duties as assigned.
