  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Familiar with taking Minutes of Meeting.
  • Familiar with industry standards related to document control (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) is a plus.
  • Ensure proper documentation flow, including registration, numbering, filing, distribution and compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor document review, approval, and distribution processes to ensure documents meet quality standards.
  • Track and monitor all document deliverables as per project timelines and alert stakeholders to potential delays.
  • Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, engineering documents, and other related paperwork.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure that documentation is stored securely, following the company’s data management protocols.
  • Backup and archive documents as required, ensuring accessibility when needed.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide document support as needed.
  • Ensure project efficiency, quality compliance, and information integrity across departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle clerical tasks, data entry, and maintain organized records.
