Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Office Management, Business Management, Information Management , or a related field.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of experience in similar role or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational background and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiar with taking Minutes of Meeting.
- Familiar with industry standards related to document control (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) is a plus.
- Ensure proper documentation flow, including registration, numbering, filing, distribution and compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Monitor document review, approval, and distribution processes to ensure documents meet quality standards.
- Track and monitor all document deliverables as per project timelines and alert stakeholders to potential delays.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, engineering documents, and other related paperwork.
- Record all incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure that documentation is stored securely, following the company’s data management protocols.
- Backup and archive documents as required, ensuring accessibility when needed.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide document support as needed.
- Ensure project efficiency, quality compliance, and information integrity across departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle clerical tasks, data entry, and maintain organized records.
