Job requirement- Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR
- Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR
- SPM holder with 8 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skillss (both spoken and written)
- Possesses full knowledge of wine and fine dining operation skill
- Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
- Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications
- Strong leadership and organizing skill
- Have a knowledge of Japanese cuisine service and beverage
