Accountant- Construction - Kulim

• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking parties.
• Candidates should have a professional qualification a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and effectively resolving work problem
• Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform monthly bank transaction reconciliations and issue customer and supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.

• Generate timely and accurate management reports, group quarterly reports, and cash flow projections to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to optimize cash flow and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties such as financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and government bodies to fulfill statutory and legislative requirements.

Payroll Preparation: Handle payroll processing efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
