Familiar with supply chain management related knowledge.
- Familiar with the manufacturing process and production operations of manufacturing.
- Proficient in operating office software such as WORD/EXCEL, skilled in basic Excel formulas.
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Responsible for receiving orders from customer, verifying order prices, following up on price reduction stages, and replying to delivery times.
- Combine company capacity and customer forecast situations to conduct corresponding risk production assessments and risk material preparation work and strive to increase order share.
- According to the customer's ordering rules, formulate an order review form, and proceed with the relevant ERP system ordering tasks.
- Develop a delivery schedule based on customer orders. After analyzing the resources (manpower, machinery, materials) of each project, formulate specific production plans. Monitor inventory status, integrate production capacities of various production departments, and arrange production processes reasonably.
- Assess outsourced production in a timely manner based on production loads. Track the progress of outsourced production to ensure the smooth execution of project plans.
- Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
