Junior/Senior Application Consultant IT

Assist project manager to implement project, from pre-sales, support development, implementation

 Work closely between the sales team, consulting team, and the customer.

 Engage with clients to gather and document detailed system requirements.

 Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT.

 Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling)

 Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally

 Dealing with clients – workshops, Proof of concepts, user training, design and user documentation, solution deployment and co-ordination and post go live support

 To provide technical support to user via phone, email, online or on-site including call centre

 Deployment with system installation and training

• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including key stakeholders.
• High level of commitment to work responsibilities and delivering quality results.
• Clear understanding of how daily tasks contribute to team and organizational priorities.
• Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime if needed.
• Capable of effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive in building effective communication and strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation in problem-solving; able to think beyond standard conventions and adapt quickly to new technologies or challenges.
• Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Experienced candidates with a background in CRM, ERP, SAP, or related domains are preferred.
• Previous experience in payment solutions/POS systems is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
• Willing and able to travel if required, including on-site project placements at client locations.
• Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates and mid-level candidates; salary based on experience.
