Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, social media management, or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or database management is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Follow up on and respond to customer inquiries from online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Distribute qualified online leads to the relevant sales personnel for follow-up.
- Coordinate and send promotional materials or advertisements to inactive or potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases from online sources and input from the sales team.
- Assist in preparing and updating the aging debtors list and ensure timely communication with customers.
