Junior Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Help create content for social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Monitor and report on social media engagement and trends
• Support the team in event planning and coordination
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in updating databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or content management tools is a plus
