Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about fashion and customer service.
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers.
- Assist customers with outfit styling, sizing recommendations, and product inquiries.
- Achieve store sales targets together with the team.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
- Replenish stock, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are properly tagged and displayed.
- Handle cashiering and basic POS system operations.
- Support store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Build positive relationships with customers and create a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist in daily store opening and closing operations.
