Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in turning business pain points into structured analytical problems
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and key drivers of business performance
- Contribute to the development and testing of statistical or mathematical models under guidance
- Validate and document findings from models and analyses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support discussions
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Prepare presentations (PPT or equivalent) to communicate findings
- Help manage analytics requests via ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), ensuring timely updates
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
- Support automation of repetitive tasks under supervision
- Participate in incident resolution and knowledge sharing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Lookups, Basic Data Cleaning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Internship experience or exposure to MNCs/reputable organizations is an added advantage
- Basic SQL skills (e.g., SELECT, GROUP BY, JOINS)
- PPT presentation skills
- Exposure to Python (pandas) or any BI tool (Tableau/Power BI) is an added advantage.
- Fluent in languages such as Mandarin and English (Read, Write and Speak).
