Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Help in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia with internal departments and external vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects and duties as assigned by management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Support the payroll processing function, including data entry and verification.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
