Qualifications:
Proven experience in live streaming, sales, or content creation.
Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presentation skills.
Knowledge of TikTok and Shopee live streaming tools and algorithms.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and engage with diverse audiences.
Basic video editing and content creation skills (e.g., TikTok editing, Canva).
Familiarity with e-commerce trends and competitive products.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Availability for peak streaming hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Streaming:
Host interactive live streaming sessions to promote products, highlighting key features and benefits.
Engage viewers through compelling storytelling, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
Utilize trending content, challenges, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
Sales & Conversion:
Develop and execute persuasive sales pitches to drive product sales.
Utilize sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and call-to-action prompts.
Track sales performance during and after live streams, adjusting strategies to meet sales targets.
Content Creation:
Plan and script live streaming content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and product displays.
Edit and repurpose live stream content for use across other social media channels.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to live chat inquiries, addressing viewer questions and comments in real-time.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promote a positive brand image.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze live stream metrics, including viewership, engagement, and conversion rates.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future live streams.
Technical Setup:
Manage technical aspects of the live stream, including camera, lighting, and audio setup.
Troubleshoot connectivity or technical issues promptly.
