  1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Design, Art, Creative Multimedia, Advertising or equivalent.
  2. With minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the digital media or agency industry.
  3. Proven work experience as Video Content Creator or relevant role.
  4. Fluent in both verbal and written English and Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Proficient in using Adobe software, Capcut and other related editing software.
Creative Video Ideation & Planning
  • Strong marketing sense with a keen understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content trends.
  • Ability to produce video concepts with clear narrative logic and practical, audience-friendly structure.
  • Proficient in developing video moodboards, storyboards, and storylines that effectively communicate narrative flow and creative direction.
  • Strong understanding of client products, including their unique selling points (USPs), brand tone, and visual style.
  • Skilled in writing compelling scripts and captions tailored to various platforms and formats.
  • Experienced in effective budget allocation to maximize creative impact and campaign ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to capture audience attention within the first 3 seconds of content.
  • Proven experience managing a variety of on-screen talent, including both humans and animals, with professionalism and care.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest content, cultural, and social media trends to ensure relevant and timely execution.
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Confident and articulate in presenting ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and clients.
Video Production
  • Proficient in operating cameras with flexibility to adapt to various angles and framing to enhance storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of shoot requirements, translating creative concepts into effective visual execution.
  • Expertise in lighting setup, ensuring optimal illumination for different scenes and moods.
  • Experience in prepping and managing production props to ensure all necessary elements are in place.
  • Capable of on-site talent management and direction, including working with both human and animal talent, to achieve the desired performance.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes on set while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.
Video Editing and Publishing
  • Expertise in visual style and narrative pacing to create engaging, dynamic content tailored to platform-specific needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform specifications, aspect ratios, and best practices for video content across social platforms.
  • Proficient in adding captions, graphics, finalizing color grading, and editing audio to enhance the overall quality and clarity of content.
  • Awareness of the latest social-video trends, formats, and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Skilled in exporting platform-ready files, uploading to social media platforms like TikTok, and optimizing with relevant hashtags and scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of content publishing strategies to ensure maximum engagement and visibility on social channels.
Client Servicing
  • Maintain clear and consistent day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are always met.
  • Ability to manage client feedback and adapt solutions to align with their vision, while maintaining a positive working relationship.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed reports to assess project performance and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Capable of providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
