Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaLanguage Requirement: Mandarin (Fluent)
Shift: Rotational Shift 24/7 (5 working days, 2 off days)

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin
- Hotel industry experience is mandatory
- Preferred experience in:
- Front Office
- Reservation
- Hotel Customer Service
- Candidates without hotel experience will not be processed by operations team

- Handle hotel reservation bookings
- Assist guests with room availability, changes, cancellations
- Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin
- Coordinate with hotel departments regarding bookings
- Manage inquiries through calls/emails/system
