At least 3 years experience with Key Account Management / Business Development in FMCG

  1. Market Expansion & Business Management
  • Responsible for developing overseas markets, leading the team in channel expansion, product sales, and operations to meet sales targets.
  • Formulate and implement overseas marketing strategies and sales management plans to drive continuous business growth.
  1. Sales Strategy & Target Setting
  • Develop domestic and international sales strategies, plans, targets, and execution frameworks based on the company’s strategic goals.
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of external sales plans to ensure goal achievement.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new clients to expand market reach.
  • Gather client demand insights and participate in key product direction and policy-making discussions.
  • Assist in resolving major client relationship issues to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  1. Market Analysis & Forecasting
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Regularly forecast and analyze product and business performance to optimize sales strategies.
  1. Team Building & Management
  • Responsible for team building, recruiting, and nurturing outstanding sales personnel.
  • Conduct training, performance evaluations, and incentive programs to enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Each Sales Supervisor will eventually lead several sales reps.
