Senior Account Executive Cum Admin (Full Set Account)

About the Role

We are an established Design & Build firm specializing in exhibition booths. We are looking for a meticulous and versatile Accountant to manage our financial health and keep our office operations running smoothly. As we deal with project-based work, you will play a key role in tracking project costs alongside general corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting (Full Set)

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Project Costing: Work closely with the production/design team to track project-based expenses, material costs, and subcontractor payments.
• Handle SST submission, tax filings, and coordinate with auditors/tax agents.

1. Administration

• Manage office supplies, documentation, and filing systems.
• Handle payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, and HR-related record keeping.
• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices for clients and vendors.
• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and insurance.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling full set accounts (experience in construction, interior design, or events/exhibitions is a huge plus).
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (LCCI/ACCA/CPA).
• Software: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million) and MS Excel.
• Mindset: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Language: Good command of [Language, e.g., English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin]
