Finance Manager - Ampang Jaya

• Minimum 6–10 years relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience in preparing full set of accounts, consolidation, and reporting.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Excel; experience with SQL systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and growing environment.

1. Financial Management & Strategy

• Develop and implement accounting policies, SOPs, and internal control systems.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, AR, AP, and banking facilities.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for the Group.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and possible IPO planning.

1. Accounting & Execution

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities (including subsidiaries and branches).
• Perform monthly closing and ensure timely submission of management reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Prepare monthly ageing reports and monitor AR collection.
• Perform variance and cost analysis; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and statutory requirements.

1. Team & Process Management

• Supervise AR/AP team members and review their work.
• Consolidate data from branch finance/admin teams into Group reporting.
• Improve accounting systems and initiate process enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to strengthen the finance team.
