The Role ...

The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management, providing insights to support decision-making, and strengthening internal controls.

• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.
• Review and enhance internal controls, systems, and processes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior finance staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience, ideally in property development, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements for listed companies.
• Analytical, meticulous, and able to work independently in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
