Warehouse Customer Service
PERFECT 16 ENTERPRISE Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Education: SPM / Diploma or above
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service / logistics / warehouse is preferred
- Candidates without experience but fast learners may be considered
- Language: Mandarin (required)
- Basic English / Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate with drivers and customers)
- Handle customer orders and enquiries (via WhatsApp / phone)
- Follow up on inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers for delivery arrangements
- Update customers on shipment and stock status
- Handle exceptions (e.g. delays, shortages, incorrect items)
- Prepare simple records and reports
