- Developing and implementing data analyses using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems (i.e., Microsoft 365, system development and upgrades, application interfaces, data entry, reporting, and data archiving); provide technical support to end users; and train users.
- Interpreting specifications and creating IT solutions that adhere to all requirements and financial restrictions.
- Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising
