A leading manufacturing company specializing in advanced construction materials is seeking a Technical Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate should have both technical knowledge of waterproofing chemicals and cementitious products with digital marketing skills.
Job Responsibilities- Drive new customer and market development by generating leads through digital and innovative marketing approaches beyond traditional sales channels
- Enhance brand strategy and awareness by supporting the Marketing HOD in planning and executing brand initiatives using social media, web advertising, and marketing automation
- Support sales promotion activities through close collaboration with Sales and Technical teams to create videos, technical content, and materials that promote key products
- Analyse and share market intelligence gathered from marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to Sales and Market Development for sales strategy and new product development
- Execute digital marketing operations including content creation, website updates, SEO, web advertising, webinars, lead nurturing, and handover of high-intent leads to Sales
- Strengthen regional collaboration by sharing market information and technical insights with Southeast Asian and Group companies via information-sharing platforms and joint marketing activities
- Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in the construction materials or waterproofing industry
- Possess technical product knowledge (construction waterproofing chemicals or cementitious products preferred) to understand product specifications and application mechanisms
- Capable of generating innovative ideas for product usage and marketing strategies to boost sales
- Experience in digital content creation (blogs, videos, white papers, etc.) with basic SEO knowledge
- Curious, analytical, proactive, and passionate about the product
