Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially for in-person meetings).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings (travel allowance provided).
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Conduct face-to-face (F2F) marketing by introducing the company and its projects to interior design firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers for long-term collaboration.
- Identify and source potential clients and business opportunities.
- Arrange and attend meetings for product presentations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, discounts, or project adjustments when required.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Coordinate orders with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company image.
- The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
